Sr. Technician, Operations (1st Shift) - Onsite

Role: Operations Packaging Room Lead supporting clinical packaging and labeling activities at a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Objectives: oversee daily clinical packaging operations, ensure compliance with GMP/SOP, and lead a team of technicians. Responsibilities: coordinate and perform filling, labeling, and packaging tasks; manage room and equipment sterilization and cleaning; ensure documentation accuracy in SAP; train and coach new staff; handle controlled substances per SOP; and maintain quality and safety standards. Requirements: high school diploma; minimum 1 year GMP experience; leadership skills; proficiency with SAP or MES; attention to detail; physical ability to perform manual handling tasks; strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. High-Value: clinical packaging for pharmaceutical trials, biologics or small molecules, with a focus on quality, GMP compliance, and team leadership. Work setup: onsite, five days a week; shift-based with potential overtime; no travel required.
