Role: Entry-level Senior Technician II responsible for calibrating, maintaining, repairing, and installing manufacturing and laboratory instrumentation in a GMP environment. Objectives: ensure equipment performance, support validation and engineering activities, and maintain compliance with safety and procedural standards. Responsibilities: perform scheduled and unscheduled calibrations, troubleshoot instrumentation issues, install new equipment, and author procedure updates and safety documentation. Requirements: high school diploma with 3 years' experience, or Military/ISA certification with 2 years, or associate's degree with 2 years, or bachelor's degree with 1 year; GMP experience; skills in troubleshooting instrumentation; familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in cleanrooms, and access tight spaces. Preferred: knowledge of biotech/pharma equipment. High-value specifics: entry-level role within manufacturing/laboratory support, GMP compliance, instrumentation calibration, and repair, with potential support to validation activities. Work setup: first shift (7AM-3:30PM), physical demands include working in cleanrooms and climbing ladders.
