Role: Senior technical lead in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, supporting clinical and late-stage product development for cancer and rare disease therapies. Responsibilities include managing tech transfers, process validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for small molecule and biologic radiopharmaceuticals; supporting regulatory submissions; authoring and reviewing GMP documentation; and collaborating with CDMOs to meet project milestones. Provides first-line technical support for batch manufacturing and ensures compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and GMP. Qualifications: Bachelorโs or Masterโs in science or engineering with over 7 years (or PhD with 5+) in radiopharmaceutical GMP environments; experience with isotopes like F-18, Lu-177, I-131; expertise in PET manufacturing, automated synthesis, and analytical methods; proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
