Role Summary

Senior Supply Chain Resilience Program Manager for MedTech, responsible for leading strategy development, execution coordination, and ongoing transparency to supply chain risk mitigation programs with the MedTech Supply Chain Center. Focus on proactively mitigating resilience risks to ensure uninterrupted supply chain performance, customer service, innovation, and profitability. Requires strong strategic project management capabilities and collaboration across the E2E supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable to lead strategic resilience programs and/or workstreams of such programs for MedTech.
  • Analyze complex resilience problems and translate them into clear and structured mitigation action plans.
  • Ensure strong project management and governance processes with appropriate controls, metrics, and leadership updates.
  • Lead execution effectively, timely, and on budget.
  • Challenge the program team to find opportunities for more effective and efficient delivery of program objectives.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or other technical discipline is preferred.
  • An advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in one or more of the following: Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or Risk Management.
  • Strong understanding of Business Unit Supply Chains and End-to-End (E2E) platforms and value streams in the MedTech industry is preferred.
  • Experience in at least one of: trade controls, trade compliance, integration of multiple data sources, data analysis, or mitigating supply chain risks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams or initiatives.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, tact, and ability to engage with senior executives.
  • Knowledge of project management and program management methodologies, processes, and tools (e.g., FPX, PMP, PMI/PMBOK).
  • Role can be based at North America, Ireland, or Switzerland sites, with up to 20% travel domestically and internationally.
