We are looking for a results-oriented, positive, and intellectually curious individual to join the Strategy & Competitiveness Team within the MedTech Supply Chain Center organization to lead the strategy development, execution coordination and ongoing transparency to supply chain risk mitigation programs within MedTech.
As the Senior Resilience Program Manager, on the MedTech Chain Strategy & Competitiveness Team, you will need to have a passion for risk management and a robust background in E2E supply chain and program management. You will be orchestrating and coordinating strategic resilience programs for our MedTech business that require broad alignment and orchestration across our entire organization with the objective to proactively mitigate resilience risks, ensuring un-disrupted supply chain performance in terms of customer service, innovation and profitability. You will bring strong strategic project management capabilities and collaborate with global collaborators across the E2E SC spectrum.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $120,000 to $207,000
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
