Role Summary

The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst– Procurement provides in-depth problem solving across Procurement Operations and various departments to develop solutions, identify trends, and uncover insights that enable service at the highest level. This role analyzes data, collaborates cross-functionally, and delivers positive outcomes within Perrigo’s supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Interface with supply chain partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement practices and improve service.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze tariff changes and activities to determine/report impact to the business, including monthly variance tracking and reporting.
  • Audit Customs entries to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, FDA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintain processes to meet U.S. Customs' five components of effective internal controls: control environment, risk assessment, internal control activities, information & communication, and monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Experience - 3-5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, demand planning, consulting, or related field.
  • Education - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills - Excel, business intelligence, and/or “Big Data” skills required; SAP experience highly preferred.
  • Results Driven - Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional teams and lead projects to completion.
  • Exceptional Communicator - Persuasive written and oral communication skills with the capability to support controversial positions, manage sensitive and confidential issues, and communicate to various levels of the organization.
  • Problem Solver - Improves processes, fosters innovation, and delivers results despite incomplete or ambiguous information.
  • Analytic Reasoning - Strong numerical and analytical detail orientation.
  • Phenomenal Teammate - Invested in collective success of the team and project outcomes.
  • Credentials - APICS CPIM, Customs Broker License, or other supply chain professional certifications a plus.
