The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst is a key contributor in Analytics and Market Intelligence team in the Strategic Management Office (SMO), responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that improve service, cost, resilience, and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze diverse data sources across transportation, warehousing, planning, inventory, and supplier performance to achieve targeted outcomes
- Apply modeling concepts to solve medium-complex business questions
- Partner with planning, procurement, logistics, distribution, and interdependencies to diagnose performance drivers and optimize end-to-end flows
- Collaborate with BTS and business partners on data management, governance, and priority setting
- Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling insights for business leaders and stakeholders
- Support development of analytical capability and โbig dataโ concepts; act as technical expert and business translator
- Participate in cross-functional project teams and produce innovative analytic solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs required (Master level preferred) in applied mathematics, business research, operational research, or supply chain
- Minimum 5 yearsโ experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, planning, or operations
- Understanding of statistical/predictive modeling concepts and AI technologies
- Comfortable with big, complex, unstructured datasets
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into business recommendations; strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis environments and BI tools/data mining frameworks
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
