Sr. Supervisor, Manufacturing (Night shift)

What You’ll Do
- Supervise Manufacturing Associates on Night shift: observe/instruct, coach, lead, develop staff; identify development gaps and implement plans/objectives.
- Perform manufacturing activities per cGMPs; ensure reports are fully trained on an activity prior to performing it.
- Schedule and direct daily manufacturing activities; communicate scheduling changes/issues to staff and management.
- Coordinate manufacturing activities with other departments (production schedulers; quality control, materials management, manufacturing sciences, validation, facilities, process engineering, quality assurance) to execute PPRs, sampling, validation, etc.
- Review and approve batch-related documents to ensure proper cGMP documentation.
- Train associates on process activities, including Safety and cGMP requirements; review safety records and implement corrective measures.
- Supervise validation activities to ensure timely execution of required validation protocols.
- Troubleshoot operational/equipment problems; recommend solutions; coordinate emergency repairs, changeovers, and preventative maintenance with Facilities.
- Coordinate and draft revisions to batch-related documents, including batch records and SOPs.
Who You Are
- Grounded understanding of parenteral filling and drug product manufacturing principles; safety, GMP, and Human Performance.
Required Skills & Behaviors
- Leadership, Organization, Accountability, Tactical allocation of resources.
- Experience in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Preferred Skills
- Technical/practical experience in Drug Product/Parenteral Filling.
- Electronic systems competency (Oracle, CMMS, Trackwise, etc.).
Sr. Supervisor Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (STEM preferred) + 4 years transferrable experience; or
- Associate’s + 6 years; or
- High school diploma/equivalent + 8 years.
