Sr Supervisor, Library Production

Role: Senior Supervisor overseeing library production in a high-throughput molecular biology manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality, bespoke DNA library products are produced efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities: lead and mentor production teams, manage end-to-end manufacturing processes from raw materials to final delivery, maintain documentation, and monitor quality metrics. Partner with Quality and Technology Transfer teams to ensure process robustness and continuous improvement; oversee equipment calibration and maintenance; support supply chain coordination. Qualifications: B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, or related field; 7+ years in regulated lab manufacturing, with strong molecular biology expertise (PCR, DNA purification, cell cloning); experience operating liquid handlers and automated equipment; familiar with ISO, GMP, LEAN principles; skilled in data interpretation and process improvement; management experience with hiring, training, and performance management. Preferred: automation experience in high-throughput settings, variant library workflows, and MES/LIMS systems.
