Sr. Specialist, Warehouse & Logistics Transportation Coordinator (Rahway, NJ)

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator manages the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (schedule deliveries and pickups)
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in WMS
- Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages
- Prepare shipping/receiving documentation (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists)
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments
- Support inventory control (cycle counts and audits)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and shipping requirements
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and logistics processes
- Investigate and resolve inventory and shipping discrepancies
- Maintain organized warehouse records and reporting systems

Qualifications
- Required Education: High school diploma; Associate/Bachelor’s in logistics/supply chain preferred
- Required Experience: 5+ years relevant experience; 2+ years in warehouse operations/logistics/transportation/supply chain coordination
- Strong organizational/multitasking; excellent communication and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; attention to detail

Preferred
- Inventory control systems experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of logistics regulations/shipping compliance
- WMS and/or ERP experience
