Job Summary
- Support global Plant Maintenance initiatives across sites to implement system-level improvements using Quality Systems and Operational Systems to build reliability of utilities/equipment, increase efficiency, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Essential Functions
- Provide technical expertise and manage projects supporting Plant Maintenance processes, improvements, and SAP enhancements.
- Serve as SME for Plant Maintenance master data structure.
- Support and manage SAP integration projects for new plants or mass data uploads.
- Implement system-level improvements using Quality/Operational Systems, including change controls and CAPAs (corrective and preventive actions).
- Improve operational efficiency, conserve resources, and harmonize practices across sites.
- Support audits, root cause investigations, and CAPAs.
- Support reporting/tracking initiatives (Quality and Plant Maintenance metrics, costing analysis, custom reports, ad hoc requests).
- Participate in ERP system update projects.
- Support SAP Plant Maintenance security roles and user access.
- Coordinate SAP Plant Maintenance training requirements (Administrators; Planners/Schedulers).
- Coordinate with vendors for projects, certifications, and training.
- Support day-to-day operations (technician support and work order distribution).

Minimum Education/Experience/Skills
- HS Diploma/GED or technical certification; Bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5 years hands-on mechanical repair experience in cGMP manufacturing.
- 2 years continuous improvement experience.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong cGMP principles; reliability/predictive maintenance and Statistical Process Control.
- Knowledge of corrective/preventive maintenance and calibration; critical utilities (WFI, pre-treatment, Clean Steam, Clean Compressed Air); relevant equipment and HVAC/HEPA/plant electricals; equipment life cycles and reliability program concepts.
- Microsoft Office proficiency; strong organization/communication; essential project management; ability to multitask by priority; customer-oriented and quality-driven.
