Sr. Specialist, QC Microbiology (PCR, endotoxin and sterility)

Role: QC Senior Specialist at Bristol Myers Squibb supporting microbiology testing for cell therapy products at the Devens, MA facility. Responsibilities: perform compendial verification, method transfer/validation, and routine microbiological testing (sterility, endotoxin, bioburden); troubleshoot, interpret, and report results; train analysts and support assay transfers; contribute to document revision and CAPA activities; potentially lead projects and improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Science; 4+ years' GMP microbiology experience, preferably with cell therapy; expertise in aseptic techniques, PCR, endotoxin, and sterility testing; strong technical writing and problem-solving skills; familiarity with LIMS desirable.
