Sr. Specialist, Project Management - Value & Implementation (VIPM) (Hybrid)

Role: Senior Specialist, Value & Implementation Project Manager within GPAM, focusing on developing and executing strategies to advance the company's R&D pipeline across various therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: manage moderate complexity projects independently or collaborate on higher complexity initiatives; guide cross-functional teams through integrated project planning, including risk and stakeholder management; maintain project data in enterprise systems; facilitate team meetings and organizational norm navigation; contribute to process improvement efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline; minimum 3 years project management experience, preferably in pharma/biotech; PMP certification or formal project management training preferred. High-Value: multisite project management in biopharma, cross-functional leadership, process optimization, experience with value and implementation strategies. WorkSetup: hybrid locations in Rahway, NJ; Upper Gwynedd, PA; or Zurich, Switzerland; travel approximately 10%.
