Sr. Specialist, Project Management - Value & Implementation (VIPM) (Hybrid)

Role: The GPAM Senior Specialist, Value & Implementation Project Manager (VIPM), leads moderate-complexity projects within the company's R&D pipeline, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic value and implementation initiatives across diverse therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: Manage project planning and execution, facilitate integrated strategies involving Medical Affairs, Market Access, Biostatistics, and Commercial teams, build and maintain project data and timelines, identify risks, and drive team collaboration and obstacle resolution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or applied discipline, minimum of 3 years' project management experience, preferably in biotech/pharma. Preferred: Advanced degrees (MBA, Ph.D., PharmD), project management certifications (PMP), and knowledge of value and implementation components. High-Value: Exposure to global R&D projects, moderate project complexity, cross-functional collaboration, and experience across therapeutic areas. Work Setup: Hybrid, with travel approximately 10%, based in Rahway, NJ; Upper Gwynedd, PA; or Zurich, Switzerland.
