Qualifications: High school diploma with 8+ years, associate with 6+ years, or bachelor’s with 4+ years of hands-on utilities/infrastructure experience; proven track record in technical curriculum development, contingency management, and labor collaboration; certifications in water, wastewater, or relevant technical licenses. Skills: Strong analytical, regulatory, and operational management abilities; familiarity with boiler, HVAC, wastewater, control systems, and lean Six Sigma tools.
