Sr. Specialist – Maintenance, Operations and Supply Chain (Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellow)

Role: Participate as a fellow in a 12-week pharmaceutical packaging operations training program within a GMP biopharma manufacturing environment, focusing on maintenance, packaging, and supply chain logistics. Responsibilities: collaborate with teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives targeting efficiency, productivity, operational excellence, cost reduction, energy conservation, and waste minimization; develop strategies and tools to meet site and corporate goals; gain exposure to manufacturing processes; and support process optimization in packaging operations. Requirements: active participant in the HOH Corporate Fellowship Program; strong maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations knowledge; experience working in results-driven, cross-functional teams; organization, project management, and critical thinking skills; proficiency in MS Office. Preferred: prior experience in manufacturing or GMP biopharma settings. Work setup: onsite, Monday-Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm; based in San Francisco or Los Angeles with local considerations.
