Your Fellowship Project
- Partner with team members to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, productivity, operational excellence and lean practices, cost improvements, energy conservation and waste minimization.
The Intent Of The Fellowship Is To
- Provide an understanding of pharmaceutical packaging through rotations in maintenance, packaging operations and supply chain logistics.
- Analyze and optimize processes supporting and enabling packaging.
- Develop strategies, tools and actions to meet site and corporate targets while improving overall site efficiency.

Experience/Skills We Are Looking For
- Strong maintenance, troubleshooting and operations knowledge
- Cross-functional collaboration using project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize activities, and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
- Work experience in a results-driven environment
- Strategic/critical thinking
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Primary Work Site/Schedule
- On site; Monday–Thursday (8:00am–5:00pm)
Eligibility Requirements
- Active participant in the current Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) Corporate Fellowship Program cohort
- Candidates must meet all HOH eligibility criteria; be registered with HOH

- Unpaid, 12-week training fellowship aligned with DoD SkillBridge guidelines; not an offer of employment; exclusively for active HOH Corporate Fellowship Program participants.
