Role: Senior Specialist, Digital System Owner, responsible for owning and continuously improving a critical enterprise platform supporting procurement, sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract management processes. Objectives include enhancing user experience, expanding platform capabilities, increasing adoption, and delivering measurable business value across a global organization. Responsibilities encompass understanding user needs, defining and executing a product roadmap, leveraging system functionalities such as workflows and analytics, and collaborating with business and technical teams to optimize processes. The role combines product ownership with hands-on data analysis, system configuration, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years in enterprise systems or digital platforms; experience as a product or system owner; proficiency in data analytics, SQL, and system integrations; strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Preferred: familiarity with procurement or supply chain platforms like SAP Ariba, SAP, Workday, or Coupa; exposure to procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
