Position Summary
Senior Specialist (Content & Digital Experience Capabilities) focused on Web-based product builds, web content management & analytics using emerging AI/ML to deliver modern, scalable digital experiences in an end-to-end product/Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Evolve web-based digital experience platform/products.
- Design and deliver headless, API-first solutions for omnichannel experiences.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities: content personalization, intelligent search/recommendations, automated content generation/tagging/metadata enrichment.
- Partner with product managers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Own features end-to-end: development, testing, deployment, monitoring, optimization.
- Collaborate with data/AI teams to operationalize ML models in AEM workflows.
- Improve performance, scalability, security, and authoring experience.
- Implement/maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Provide strategic input into product roadmap; identify high-value differentiating capabilities.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, platform, delivery, analytics).
- Maintain product documentation/knowledge base; support launches and experimentation/testing.
- Prototype/validate concepts with AI tools; track/report product performance and impact.
- Drive adoption via operating models, change management, and user enablement.

Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related.
- 2–4 years software development in an agile environment.
- Hands-on: AEM (Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR), HTL (Sightly), HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.
- Product mindset (UX + business impact); 1+ year product planning/management.
- Strong analytical/strategic/problem-solving skills; works in fast-paced matrixed org.

Desired Experience
- Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Analytics); digital marketing/pharma; KPIs; CDN/DNS/WAF.
- AI content generation, AEM Assets smart tagging, chatbots in AEM.
- Headless CMS + GraphQL (AEM/Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP); DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- NLP/recommendation/personalization; vector databases + semantic search (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits (explicit)
- Princeton, NJ: $78,200–$94,760.
