Job Summary
- Ensure reliable operations of data assets for stakeholders, providing high-quality, reliable, accessible data to consumers (e.g., analysts and data scientists) in a rapid and continuous fashion.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain analytics assets (data pipelines and data models) reliably and efficiently in production.
- Monitor and Troubleshoot: Set up monitoring dashboards and alerts to track performance/health of data pipelines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Enhance Performance and Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize pipeline performance, efficiency, and resource usage to manage costs and improve scalability.
- Implement CI/CD for Data: Use CI/CD practices to enable rapid, reliable deployment of new data models and features.
- Improve team processes/structures/knowledge: Analyze current states, provide strong recommendations, and execute complex solutions to completion.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 1โ€“2 years of experience in data engineering, full stack development, or cloud engineering.
- Experience in data engineering, DevOps, or DataOps (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage a cross-functional team (results/outcomes).

Required/Preferred Skills
- Strong programming/scripting skills, particularly Python and SQL.
- AWS experience and services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda) (plus).
- Git version control proficiency.
- CI/CD tools familiarity (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
