Role: Senior Specialist in Digital Asset Management (DAM) focusing on Adobe AEM Assets within a biopharma enterprise, supporting content storage, governance, and lifecycle management. Objectives: optimize content findability, reuse, traceability, and rights visibility across the content supply chain. Responsibilities: design and configure DAM standards, metadata schemas, taxonomy, permissions, and integration touchpoints with systems like Veeva PromoMats and Workfront; translate business needs into DAM requirements and operational procedures; support asset migration, quality reviews, testing, and user enablement; maintain governance for metadata, taxonomy, rights, and asset lifecycle. Requirements: 3+ years in digital asset/content management in complex environments; hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Assets including metadata, permissions, and lifecycle; familiarity with enterprise systems like Veeva or Workfront; ability to translate business needs into practical DAM solutions; strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills; bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
