Handle incident investigations, ensure OSHA compliance, and manage injury recordkeeping. Qualifications: bachelorโs in Ergonomics, Occupational Health, or related field; minimum of 5 yearsโ experience managing workplace ergonomics in industrial settings; proficiency with ergonomic assessment tools and OSHA regulations; strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Preferred: certifications such as CPE, CSP, ARM, OHST, CIH, and experience with injury case management and return-to-work programs.
