Sr. Spares Planner

Role: Senior Service Parts Planner responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of service parts, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and field material return processes to support instrument uptime and service commitments. Responsibilities: develop and maintain demand plans, optimize inventory levels, manage spares production work orders, coordinate field returns, and oversee parts change management and logistics to reduce lead times and costs. Collaborates with supply chain, logistics, quality, manufacturing, engineering, and field service teams. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field; 5+ years in spare parts planning or inventory management; strong MRP and inventory control expertise; knowledge of field service operations. Preferred: APICS certification, experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce), and background supporting life sciences, diagnostics, or capital equipment industries. High-Value: focus on service parts for instruments in diagnostics or life sciences, with emphasis on inventory optimization, field service support, and supply chain collaboration.
