Sr. Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

Role: Senior Sourcing & Procurement Specialist supporting Legend Biotech's manufacturing supply chain, primarily at the Raritan, NJ site. Responsibilities include vendor selection, market analysis, supplier onboarding, contract review, and supporting procurement operations such as PR/PO processing and supplier record maintenance in SAP/S/4 HANA. The role aims to optimize costs, ensure supply chain compliance, and improve procurement efficiency through stakeholder collaboration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; 3–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in regulated biopharma or GMP environments; proficiency in SAP/S/4 HANA and Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of AI technologies applicable to procurement. Preferred: experience supporting procurement in biotech/pharma manufacturing, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management. High-Value: supporting supply chain for cell therapy manufacturing, with an emphasis on GMP compliance and supplier performance monitoring. The position involves independent work with routine issue resolution, adhering to established procurement policies, and requires authorized U.S. work status.
