Sr. Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

Role: Senior Sourcing & Procurement Specialist supporting Legend Biotech’s manufacturing operations in Raritan, NJ, with a focus on procurement activities aligned with GMP standards. Responsibilities: manage vendor selection, market analysis, and benchmarking to optimize costs while ensuring quality and supply continuity; support procurement workflows including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and contract review; maintain supplier records and monitor contract compliance; collaborate with finance and stakeholders to resolve procurement issues and improve efficiency; contribute to spend analysis and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; 3–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in regulated biotech or pharmaceutical environments; familiarity with SAP/S/4 HANA, procurement systems, and MS Office; ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows; knowledge of AI tools and responsible application. Preferred: experience supporting GMP, cGMP, or manufacturing operations in biotech/pharma. Work setup: based in Raritan, NJ, with no travel specified.
