Sr Service Representative

Role: Courier II responsible for medical specimen and lab supply pickup, transport, and delivery within Miami, FL. Objectives: ensure timely, safe delivery and pickup, maintaining sample integrity and customer service standards. Responsibilities: act as floater covering routes, train new couriers, assist dispatch, load supplies, complete schedules, deliver specimens, operate company vehicle safely, and coordinate with dispatch on additional pickups. Qualifications: minimum 3 years courier or driver experience; high school diploma or GED preferred; valid driver’s license with clean record; able to lift 50 lbs and meet physical demands. Preferred: over 3 years customer service experience, strong punctuality, organizational skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail. High-Value: transport of lab specimens and supplies, route flexibility, company vehicle use with optional personal use, focus on safety and customer service. WorkSetup: Monday-Friday 1:00pm–9:30pm, with ability to cover 1st/3rd shifts and weekends; Miami, FL location. Travel: minimal, primarily local within route coverage.
