Discover Your Role:
- Lead complex in vivo studies in mouse models of inflammatory disease to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and define mechanism of action
- Build and optimize primary cell-based assays and high-content immunological readouts, including multi-parameter flow cytometry, ELISA/MSD, and histology
- Interrogate cytokine and immunoreceptor pathways to generate decision-enabling data
- Influence project direction by interpreting complex datasets and communicating clear scientific recommendations to project teams, leadership, and external collaborators
- Mentor junior scientists and research associates
- Shape research questions and troubleshoot complex programs from concept through readout as an independent, hypothesis-driven scientist
- Partner across disciplines to move discovery programs forward

This Role Requires:
- Ph.D. (0–4 years) in Immunology, Biology, Cellular and Molecular Biology, or related discipline, or MS with at least 8 years of relevant industry or academic research experience
- Hands-on expertise with mouse models of inflammatory diseases
- Experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry, primary cell culture and cell-based assays, ELISA/MSD, and standard molecular techniques
- Strong peer-reviewed publication record and ability to lead independent research programs
- Deep immunology expertise and strong analytical thinking to translate complex data into clear scientific conclusions
