Role: Senior Scientist in Translational Medicine supporting oncology biomarker strategies within a radiopharmaceutical-focused biotech. Responsibilities: manage biomarker sample logistics, oversee assay validation and vendor coordination, review protocol and regulatory documents, collaborate with cross-functional teams on assay development and data interpretation, and contribute to biomarker strategy evolution. Requirements: Ph.D. in oncology, molecular biology, immunology, or related field; minimum of 2 years supporting oncology clinical trials in biotech, pharma, or CRO setting; hands-on experience with biomarker sample management, assay validation (IHC, immunoassays, NGS, qPCR), and working with central labs and CRO vendors; knowledge of GCP/GCLP and regulatory standards. Preferred: experience with radiopharmaceutical or radioligand therapies, assay transfer, vendor audits, and regulatory submissions. HighValue: supporting Phase 3 trials for GEP-NETs and SCLC, involvement with radiolabeled therapies, and assay platform validation.
