Sr Scientist, Structural Chemistry

Role: Structural biologist specializing in cryo-EM and X-ray crystallography to elucidate high-resolution structures of proteins and macromolecular complexes relevant to drug discovery. Responsibilities: perform cryo-EM workflows (grid prep, data collection, image processing, 3D reconstruction, modeling), collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply structural insights to medicinal chemistry and biologics design, manage and optimize cryo-EM instrumentation, and communicate findings through presentations and publications. Requirements: PhD in Structural Biology or related field, with at least 3 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in structural biology, including atomic-resolution structure determination. Preferred qualifications include extensive cryo-EM expertise, recombinant protein construct design and characterization skills, and strong interpersonal and project management abilities.
