Role: Senior Process Development Scientist specializing in materials attributes and technologies, supporting the commercial manufacturing of Replimune's cancer immunotherapies. Responsibilities: serve as a materials subject matter expert, evaluate change controls, lead risk assessments, develop material trending programs, oversee process characterization and validation, troubleshoot material issues, and drive process improvements through technological innovation. Collaborate with QC to evaluate extractables/leachables and contribute to regulatory filings. Maintain safety standards and support audits. Requirements: Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field; minimum 2 years in materials science, preferably in biologics drug substance or drug product support; experience with single-use manufacturing materials and ultra-low cold chain insulation. Skills: strong cross-functional collaboration, organizational acumen, excellent communication, attention to detail. Preferred: advanced degree. High-Value: biologics manufacturing, single-use disposable materials, process validation, cGMP compliance, biologics/immune-oncology focus. Work Setup: on-site in Woburn, MA, with ongoing support for continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.
