Job Description

Lead and conduct laboratory experiments for the biophysical characterization of protein reagents using techniques such as Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) and Biolayer Interferometry (BLI). Responsibilities include designing, executing, and analyzing experiments, developing methods for immunoassays, interpreting results, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

Requires extensive operational and theoretical understanding of SPR and BLI, and a deep understanding of molecular binding interactions and biochemistry. Experience with immunoassay development, conjugation, cell culture, and cell-based neutralizing antibody assays is a plus.
