Sr. Scientist- PKDM-BA (Immunoassay)

Role: Senior Scientist in PKDM-BA (Immunoassay) supporting biologics programs at Amgen's Thousand Oaks site, focused on developing and validating non-regulated immunoassays for pharmacokinetics and soluble target proteins. Responsibilities: design, optimize, qualify, validate, and execute immunoassays across platforms like ELISA, MSD/ECL, Gyrolab, Quanterix, AlphaLISA; troubleshoot technical issues; generate high-quality bioanalytical data; collaborate across Discovery Research, Precision Medicine, Translational Safety; support assay transfer and technology evaluation; maintain thorough documentation and laboratory operations. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, or MD with relevant post-doc, or master's with 3+ years, or bachelor's with 5+ years of scientific experience; expertise in immunoassay development, validation, and execution; hands-on experience with multiple immunoassay platforms; background supporting pharmacokinetic and soluble protein measurements in biologics programs; strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and collaboration skills.
