The role acts as a key interface with site operations, EHS, procurement, and external vendors. Qualifications: BS/MS in biology, biotechnology, or related field with 4-6 years of biotech or pharma lab experience; strong mammalian cell culture and molecular biology skills; experience managing lab equipment and operations; effective cross-team communicator and problem solver. Preferred: experience in cell therapy, viral vectors, BSL-2 labs, automation, high-throughput screening, and lab build-outs. Biopharma specifics: focus on CAR T-cell research, possibly involving viral vector workflows, with infrastructure needs for advanced cell therapy research. Collaboration/reporting: works closely with scientific teams, site operations, and safety functions.
