Sr. Scientist-Global Labeling Lead

Role: Senior Scientist, Global Labeling Lead, responsible for developing and maintaining product labeling strategies across development and marketed products, including Core, US, and Local Labeling (EU and other regions). Objectives include ensuring compliance, consistency, and regulatory readiness of labeling documents. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams to create, review, and approve labeling content; provide labeling expertise and guidance; serve as the regulatory labeling point of contact supporting timely submissions; develop labeling strategies and language for regulatory interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical discipline (advanced degree preferred); minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience, including regulatory labeling or related functions such as Medical Affairs, Clinical, or Pharmacovigilance; experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior management. High-Value: experience with regulatory labeling standards, global regulatory submissions, and compliance; familiarity with medical concepts, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory strategies for pharmaceutical products; ability to interpret complex clinical/scientific data. Work setup: hybrid, with 10% travel.
