Sr. Scientist/Engineer, Process Development

Role: Senior process development scientist leading pharmaceutical manufacturing process design, optimization, and lifecycle management, with a focus on inhaled therapeutics. Responsibilities: develop scalable, robust processes from late-stage development to commercialization; apply experimental and data-driven methods; support tech transfer, validation, and continuous improvement; generate technical documentation; collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and external vendors; mentor junior staff; ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
