Sr. Scientist - Drug Product Process Development (siRNA & mAb)

Role: Senior Scientist in Process Development within Regeneron's Drug Product Development and Technology department, focusing on biologics including siRNA and mAb drug products. Responsibilities: lead drug product process development activities across unit operations, support cross-scale model implementation, facilitate technology transfer to manufacturing, and establish in-house DP capabilities (equipment setup, lab design). Independently design and execute formulation and fill-finish studies, support regulatory documentation, and contribute to scientific publications and patents. Present findings internally and externally, and evaluate emerging technologies to improve development processes. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, or related field with 0-3 years (Ph.D.) or MS with 8+ years, or BS with 10+ years of industry experience. Strong communication skills, team collaboration, and publication record required. Preferred: experience in biologics drug formulation, process characterization, GMP, and hands-on knowledge of DP unit operations and small-scale modeling.
