Clinical Research and Development
Responsibilities:
- Act as an expert in the laboratory, executing program and chemistry strategy.
- Research and evaluate chemical routes; optimize reaction conditions.
- Ensure scalability and reproducibility at scale; conduct process demonstrations and tech transfers.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex chemistry problems across modalities.
- Design and develop efficient processes for clinical campaigns (reaction design/optimization to ensure scalability and reproducibility).
- Stay current with modern synthetic methodologies; drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Engage externally through publications and presentations.
Education:
- PhD in Organic Chemistry achieved by June 2027.
- PhD in chemistry with experience in methodology/catalysis (chemocatalysis, biocatalysis, heterogeneous catalysis), total synthesis, physical organic chemistry, or flow chemistry.
Requirements:
- Outstanding research record; strong problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary, culturally diverse teams.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and exceptional written/oral communication.
- Highly self-motivated; strong experimental skills; adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Required skills:
