Sr Scientist, Antibody Discovery

Role: Senior Scientist in Antibody Discovery, supporting bioanalytical characterization of therapeutic antibody candidates. Responsibilities: lead multiple projects analyzing binding affinities (SPR, BLI), developability assays (aSEC, CIC, HIC, BVP-ELISA, AC-SINS, DLS, nanoDSF), and functional assays across diverse antibody formats (IgG, VHH, Minibinders). Act as technical lead in assay development, analysis, and data reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external clients, with an emphasis on assay optimization, troubleshooting, and data presentation. Conduct wet-lab work (~20%) and guide project feasibility and planning. Requirements: PhD with 5+ years or Master’s with 10+ years in biopharmaceutical analytical development; extensive hands-on experience with Carterra SPR, Octet BLI, ELISA, flow cytometry, and developability assays; proven record in high-throughput assay execution and antibody characterization; strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills. High-Value: expertise in antibody and biologics characterization, affinity and developability assays, therapeutic formats (IgG, VHH, Minibinders), and in vivo antibody discovery concepts.
