Sr Scientist, Analytical Sciences

Role: Senior Scientist, Analytical Sciences supporting gene therapy product development, focusing on analytical method design, implementation, and transfer. Responsibilities: perform and oversee analytical testing for process development, innovate and qualify assays, lead technical transfers to external QC labs, troubleshoot assay issues, and support regulatory filings through technical report authoring. Key tasks include assay development in cell/gene therapy, validation, and enabling robust, scalable methods for GMP use, with emphasis on assays like flow cytometry, ddPCR/qPCR, and potency assays. Requirements: Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Analytical Chemistry, or related with 2-5 years (Ph.D.) or 6+ years (M.S.) biopharma experience, hands-on expertise in CGT analytical techniques, proven track record in assay transfer and troubleshooting, excellent communication skills.
