Sr. Scientist

Role: Senior Scientist specializing in bioanalytical method development using LC-MS/MS and HRMS for large and small molecules, supporting drug discovery and development programs. Responsibilities: develop sensitive and robust bioanalytical methods for diverse molecules (proteins, antibodies, ADCs, oligonucleotides), troubleshoot complex assays, oversee method transfer and implementation, communicate project progress, and mentor junior staff. Requirements: PhD in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Analytical Chemistry with 2+ years or MSc with 5+ years of industrial bioanalytical experience; strong expertise in LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and method development; knowledge of GxP, SOPs, and laboratory safety. Preferred: experience with biotherapeutics, bioconjugates, or biopharmaceutical modalities; familiarity with in vitro metabolism and PK modeling.
