Responsibilities:
- Provide flow cytometry guidance to support the portfolio.
- Guide users on appropriate instrumentation, train users on acquisition and analysis, and generate data that drives project decisions.
Representative Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead flow cytometry training and data QC to new and existing users.
- Design flow panels in coordination with project scientists.
- Convey core capabilities to lead scientists to provide flow solutions that meet project needs.
- Collaborate across Lilly research sites and share key learnings and best practices.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate them in-house when appropriate.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs/masterโs degree in Biological Science or related field with a minimum of 3 years of flow cytometry experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly does not provide support for or sponsor work authorization/visas for this role.
Additional Skills/Preference:
- Proficiency in flow cytometry, including spectral flow and small particle flow.
- Experience with flow cytometer automation.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, including presenting results in team meetings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong self-start and self-management skills.

Compensation (as stated):
- Anticipated wage: $65,250 - $169,400 (actual compensation depends on education, experience, skills, and geographic location).
