Role Summary
Sr. Sales Representative β Pet Health. You will be part of the U.S. Pet Health Sales organization, driving revenue growth across an assigned geography. You will lead distributor engagement, support product launches, and execute territory business plans to advance Elancoβs Pet Health portfolio in the companion animal market.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through proactive territory planning and business execution
- Drive distributor leadership, product placement, and account strategy within assigned geography
- Execute launch activities and VMA engagement in partnership with veterinary services
- Manage expense budgets while meeting sales objectives and performance expectations
- Build strong customer and association relationships to increase product adoption and penetration
Qualifications
- Required: Education β Bachelorβs Degree
- Required: Experience β Minimum 2 years in veterinary pharmaceutical sales or competitive B2B selling environment
- Required: Top skills β Strategic selling; strong communication & influence skills
- Preferred: Experience influencing without authority in complex customer environments
- Preferred: Proven presentation and messaging skills with diverse audiences
- Preferred: Knowledge of companion animal market, products, and veterinary channel
- Preferred: Advanced planning and execution capability with analytical decision-making
- Preferred: Advanced degree in Business
