Sr Research Associate, Medicinal Chemistry

As a Sr. Research Associate, you will participate in a multi-disciplinary drug discovery team through the design and synthesis of new molecules. You will bring an excellent track record and a commitment to tackling drug discovery challenges through organic synthesis.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant industry experience; OR
- Master’s degree and 0+ years of relevant industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Organic Chemistry with an emphasis on synthetic methodology or total synthesis
- Strong synthetic skills and a solid knowledge of modern organic synthesis techniques
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $94,945.00 - $122,870.00
- May be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary)
