Role: Senior Research Associate in In Vivo Pharmacology supporting autoimmune disease programs, focused on immune modulation and pharmacodynamic assessments. Responsibilities: execute in vivo studies involving immune cell modulation, inflammatory markers, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy; perform procedures like dosing via multiple routes, blood/tissue collection, necropsy, and clinical observations; support study design, data analysis, and troubleshooting; ensure compliance with IACUC and safety policies; maintain documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology; 2+ years in vivo research with proficiency in mouse handling, dosing, blood/tissue collection, and necropsy; strong attention to detail; team-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: 4+ years in vivo experience, autoimmune or inflammatory models, familiarity with oncology/immuno-oncology models, proficiency with GraphPad Prism, Excel, and Benchling In Vivo. High-Value: autoimmune/inflammatory disease focus, vivarium-based role, early research stage, animal welfare and regulatory compliance.
