- Contribute to study design, experimental planning, timeline development, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contract research organizations to coordinate study execution, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure study endpoints align with program objectives.
- Perform necropsies and process tissues for downstream analyses (flow cytometry, qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA) to characterize pharmacologic activity and elucidate mechanisms of action.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized experimental records in accordance with internal documentation and quality standards.

- Bachelor’s in biological sciences (or related) with 5+ years R&D, or Master’s with 3+ years (preferably immuno-oncology) in an industry setting.
- Experience designing, executing, analyzing, and interpreting in vivo studies using murine xenograft disease and/or humanized immunology models.
- Proficiency administering therapeutic agents and establishing xenograft models via IV, IP, and subcutaneous routes in mice.
- Strong skills in blood collection (submandibular, tail-vein), tissue necropsy, and flow-cytometry sample processing.
- Aseptic mammalian cell culture experience, including maintenance/preparation of human cancer cell lines.
- Hands-on in vivo bioluminescence/fluorescence imaging with IVIS (acquisition and analysis).
- Preferred: flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR/ddPCR, and cytokine bead-based assays.
- Excellent organizational, communication, data-analysis, and technical-documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, innovate, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
