SR. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE/ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST, NONCLINICAL DEVELOPMENT

Role: Research Associate/Associate Scientist in Nonclinical Development at Adicet Bio, supporting the evaluation of allogeneic gamma delta T cell therapies for oncology and immunology. Responsibilities: design and execute in vivo/ex vivo studies in murine models, including efficacy, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and safety assessments; collaborate with internal teams and CROs; perform tissue necropsies and analyze samples using flow cytometry, qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, and imaging techniques; maintain detailed records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in biological sciences with 5+ years (or Master's with 3+ years) experience in immuno-oncology or related fields; expertise with murine xenograft/immunology models, therapeutic administration, tissue collection, and cell culture; proficiency with bioluminescence imaging, flow cytometry, ELISA, and PCR-based assays; strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred: experience with cytokine assays and technical troubleshooting. WorkSetup: onsite at least three days per week with some full-time onsite roles.
