Responsibilities: design and execute experiments for non-invasive prenatal tests and cancer detection, analyze complex data, develop new methods and technologies, maintain detailed documentation, troubleshoot laboratory processes, and communicate findings to multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications: B.S. in molecular biology or related field; 3-4 years industry experience in assay development; hands-on expertise with nucleic acid techniques (DNA manipulation, PCR, qPCR), and Next Generation Sequencing. Preferred skills include basic statistical analysis and familiarity with programming or databases.
