Role: Senior Reliability Engineer responsible for enhancing the reliability, availability, and maintainability of critical building systems within life sciences and research facilities. Primary objectives include optimizing asset performance through reliability assessments, root cause analysis, and data-driven initiatives. Responsibilities encompass leading reliability evaluations, managing CMMS platforms (such as Maximo or SAP PM), developing maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, condition-based), and supporting facility operations in regulated environments like GMP and GxP. The role involves collaboration with Facilities, Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and external vendors to reduce downtime, improve asset lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement.
