Sr Refrigeration Technician

Role: Senior Refrigeration Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing process refrigeration and mechanical systems in a cGMP medical device manufacturing plant. Responsibilities: operate, troubleshoot, and service equipment such as lyophilizers, HVAC, chillers, autoclaves, and facility systems; ensure compliance with ozone depletion regulations; maintain accurate preventative maintenance records; provide technical guidance to team members; complete work orders per Good Documentation Practices. Requirements: vocational/trade school certificate or military training; 5+ years in maintenance of process refrigeration and HVAC systems, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry; Refrigerant CV 1&2 license; PLC experience preferred; proficiency with CMMS software and electrical troubleshooting. Additional: valid New Jersey driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, flexible to emergency standby and overtime; familiarity with diagnostic tools and safety protocols.
