Sr. Project Manager, Systems (Ottava Surgical Robotics Platform)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the release of all documents required for System-level Phase Design Reviews and regulatory submissions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive deliverable roadmap that enables a clear view of deliverable dependencies.
- Establish processes, templates, and dashboards, and metrics to ensure clear communication and consistency across teams.
- Develop, release, and manage safety, risk, and risk profiles at the system level.
- Chair Ottava’s safety- and risk-related governance forums including defect review board, risk management board, and cross-functional safety reviews.
- Own Change Control and Configuration Management at the system level.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager or equivalent in complex, multi-project or multi-system environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required (engineering, medicine, or other technical discipline appreciated but not required).
- Professional experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, aerospace, automotive, or defense).
- Formal professional experience in a mix of lifecycle management, safety and risk management, and document control.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Experience using Airtable and/or Atlassian tools.
Other Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally between sites (up to 10%).
Compensation:
- Anticipated base pay range: $125,000.00 - $201,250.00
